Every man is equal. There should be no discrimination based on gender, caste, religion, and ethnicity and so on. Considering these aspects and also considering integrity of every individual, laws have been devised to protect them, which are called as civil laws. They are made for all classes of people considering all to be equals and all have the freedom of speech, integrity, religion and so on. But unfortunately, these laws are being violated all over the world. In San Diego also, there have been many cases of such civil rights violation. These violations are done by some rude persons in hindering the freedom of certain persons and abusing them.

The civil rights protects each and every person from being discriminated. Discriminating a person in private or in public is strictly prohibited under the civil rights law. Every person must be given due respect for his integrity and freedom. If any violation of these rights occur, then it is liable to be punished under strict laws.
