The workers who come to finish the work from other places are called as migrant workers. But these migrant workers are bound to get exploited and made to suffer for no cause. This type of migrant worker exploitation occurs in San Diego and other areas as well. This exploitation is not done though by all the employers.

Only some employers greedy of money do these kind of unlawful and inhuman act. The migrant workers normally are exploited such as being made to work for more number of hours; giving them only very less payment and making them work hard, not giving them proper medical attention, insulting and harassing them during work and so on.
