San Diego Law Enforcement Misconduct

Laws have been made by the people and for the people to have disciplined approach and do not interfere in each other privacy and allow them to have freedom of speech and personal integrity. These laws are common to all and must be followed strictly for smooth functioning of state. But these do not happen always and hence there are cases of law breaking. When such condition occurs, there are persons who try to enforce the law, such as lawyers, judges, police and so on who could find out and punish the guilty. But there is a worst scenario in which, the law enforcers themselves do mistakes. This misconduct by the law enforcers should not be tolerated under any circumstances.

When the law makers become law breakers, the common man will be pushed to a very embarrassing situation. The law enforcers like lawyers due misconduct by producing false testimonies and knowingly support the perpetrators and so on. Bribery and helping in a criminal activity also is a normal misconduct done by these law enforcers. The false testimony misleads the jury and does not resulting in ensuring proper justice. To check these types of misconduct, there are special vigilance departments and other agencies which help common man to get justice and ensure the law enforcers do not misconduct themselves. On finding such cases, their post will be removed or they may be suspended. Some may even be prosecuted which depends on the magnitude of the crime. Many such cases are seen in history of San Diego.
