Man has been brought to Earth to do and deliver his responsibilities. Man’s responsibilities including loving his fellow society and also respect their feelings. This is by and large being followed by many. But some persons, due to wrong and rude attitude, are not like this. Their way of bringing up makes them think that their type of society is best and start discriminating others. This reaches the worst condition in which crimes like torture, murder etc., are done based on discrimination. Such crimes are called as Hate crimes and occur here and there all around the world. San Diego is no exception in a way that it has already seen such crimes against humanity. Hate crimes are also called as Bias Motivated crimes. Bias motivated crimes, can be clearly understood from the name itself. Due to false and wrong motivation such brutal and unwanted crimes do happen in San Diego.’

It is generally done on the basis of religion, sex and group. The crimes are done on other basis of discrimination such as political association, Hate crimes can be associated in two ways that include physical assault on that particular victims and also hate speeches that motivate many to carry out such unwanted attacks. Hate crimes occur in many countries and US is no exception. The city of San Diego has also seen such crimes against humanity. There are tough anti hate crime laws that exist and which have prevented. Also there is being an increasing trend of love and affection among mutual communities that has also resulted in decrease of such crimes.
